What does the written estimate include?
It provides a clear breakdown of the planned roofing work and the costs of materials and labour.
Will someone visit the property before installation?
Yes, we always visit your property and meet with you in person before installation. After sending your estimate, we arrange a convenient time to discuss all the details of your roofing project.
How should I start a request?

Timing and installation
Do you work through fall and winter?
Yes. Prime Metal Roofing works year-round, including fall and winter. Weather conditions affect safe scheduling.
How long does installation take?
Timing depends on roof size, complexity, pitch, weather and the current project schedule. A typical residential roof may take several days; larger residential or commercial projects can take longer.
Can the schedule change?
Yes. If weather or an emergency affects the schedule, current and upcoming customers are notified in advance.
Does the same crew stay on the project?
The same installation crew that starts the project stays with it through completion.

How do I choose a roofing profile?

Coverage and warranties
What insurance coverage do you carry?
Prime Metal Roofing has comprehensive liability insurance and active WSIB coverage. A Certificate of Insurance is available on request.
