Information you provide

The contact form asks for your name, email, enquiry type and message. You may also provide a phone number and property address. These details are used to understand and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include payment information or sensitive personal documents.

Enquiry storage and source information

Submitted enquiries are saved in the website’s WordPress database using Contact Form 7 and Flamingo. The form also records the page or project from which an enquiry started, to provide context. Submission records and hosting logs may include technical metadata such as an IP address and browser information.

Cookies, local storage and external media

The site stores your privacy choice in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. Essential site and administrator functionality may use cookies. Integrated YouTube videos load only after you allow external media. YouTube may then receive technical information from your browser under its own privacy policy. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw this choice.

Analytics, advertising and enquiry attribution

Optional analytics and advertising are enabled by default unless you turn them off in Cookie settings. The website uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and enquiries. These services may receive browser and device information, page addresses and event information, and may use cookies. The site sends the type of enquiry when a form is successfully submitted; the integration does not add your name, email, telephone number, property address or message to these analytics events. While optional cookies are enabled, advertising campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, content, term and ID), the landing page and referrer may accompany your enquiry and be included in its email and Telegram notification. Unless you turn off optional cookies, campaign information is kept in session storage in the current browser tab for up to 30 minutes so it can follow your visit to the contact form. Page addresses stored for this purpose omit query strings and fragments. Use Cookie settings to turn off optional cookies and stop further analytics and advertising collection. Your choice is saved; the enquiry form remains available. Turning off tracking does not recall data already sent to third-party services.
